[http://www.lmsoft.com/] For fret, a few years ago, a great proportion came from Cherbourg harbour especially with a few toyota car trains by week . Today, the load has decreased a lot.
A regular traffic exists for COGEMA at Valognes. Indeed, this is the way of transit for all the nuclear wastes destinated to “la Hague” retreatment plant. In MSTS At the moment in MSTS, 75km of route going through normandy hedges don't have any wire but have signals like in reality from 1995. I thing I will put the wires later.

The real line (photos) The Paris - Caen - Cherbourg route is 370km long. It was modified a lot in 1995. Some curves were modified to increase the speed up to 200km/h on some parts. The signals were updated, new signalboxes were built and the route was electrified, so the RTG (turbotrains) were wasted. Today, most of the traffic is for people with trains tracted by BB26000.
